  Prepare your design on PC, and that's it! You are now free from other costs like those for film making, output, editing, or film storage which are all required for conventional screen printing. Also, manufacturing system is less than half the size and saves your precious working space as well.

  Because the process is environment friendly, there is no need to pay a large amount for treating solvent and other polluted, pollutable or polluting materials. Simple process allows to reduce workers and at the same time. Finally, unlike conventional screen printing, you do not need huge air conditioner any more to control the humidity and temperature.
  

Clearness

Processing

Because dye ink filters into the surface of the clear coating layer, G r a d e s s^TM can be processed into various shapes after it is designed, and even punching and drilling cause no problem. This flexibility has never been attained by any other methods including screen printing, which leaves pigment inks sticking on the surface. Customizable

Based on ink jet technology, G r a d e s s^TM does not need any screen or master for printing. "Custom-made" design in small lots is always welcome and requires no special costs or hassle.
